4) How does Greenville Property Pulse distribute information?


Greenville Property Pulse products are distributed to customers by two general means: hard copy or PDF by e-mail. Greenville Property Pulse may discontinue the hard copy delivery at some point, while online access to the database is currently being explored. Online access is expected to be available by the end of 2008. Clients can subscribe on an annual basis and receive monthly transaction reports. One time users can purchase past reports on an as needed basis, and our research staff can run customized reports as well.
